Before Unplugged was a company, it was a feeling I experienced once and could not stop thinking about.
I wanted to understand it, recreate it, and find a way to give other people access to it.

The original idea was never to build a bath-product company. I wanted to create an entire wellness space centered around floating, somewhere people could step away from the noise and reconnect with themselves.
It was a huge idea and an even bigger investment. The banks were not willing to take that risk on me, so I had to ask a smaller question: if I could not build the whole experience, what part of it could I give someone in their own home?
That question became the bath soaks. The soaks became an entire collection. Little by little, Unplugged Essentials became real.

Before Unplugged, I had a habit of going all the way into everything. Trucking, coaching, training, fighting. Whatever had my attention got all of me until I burned myself out. Then I would disappear long enough to recover and eventually start the cycle again.
The first time I stepped into a float tank, there was nowhere to reach and nothing to distract me. For 90 minutes, I had to be still with myself. I walked out feeling more present than I had in years, and my first thought was that other people needed access to that feeling too.
That was the beginning of Unplugged.

UNPLUGGED ESSENTIALS:
WHAT WE BUILT.
WHAT REMAINS.
Designed for presence.
Made real together.
Every Unplugged product was designed with intention. The scents, textures, names, chess identities, and minimal formulas worked together to create more than a bath or skincare routine. They created a reason to stop, pay attention, and return to yourself.
But the deepest thing Unplugged created was not a product. It was proof that an idea living in my head could become tangible, reach other people, and matter to them. Every customer, store, order, and conversation helped make that real.
Unplugged Essentials is ending, but what it taught me about creating, trusting an idea, and offering something meaningful does not end here.
