A Ritual for Reclaiming the First Five Minutes


Before your thoughts speed up… don’t.


Keep the lights low.


Sit at the edge of your bed with both feet on the floor.


Bring your palms to your legs.


Inhale through your nose for five seconds.


Exhale through your mouth for seven.


Do that three times.


This is your signal to your nervous system:

Today, I lead.
