As your shower ends, switch to cold water for 10 seconds.


Let it hit your chest, neck, and shoulders.


Exhale as it lands.


Switch back to warm for 10 more seconds.


Repeat the cycle 2–3 times if you like.


You don’t need to love the cold.


You just need to meet it.
