A Breath + Scent Ritual for Emotional Release

Place a few drops of essential oil or hold a scented product near your nose.
Inhale slowly for 4 seconds.
Hold for 2.
As you exhale through your mouth, let your shoulders drop.
Repeat for 3 rounds.
Then, on the final inhale, silently say: “I allow myself to soften.”
Let the scent hold what you’re ready to let go of. Let the breath carry it out.
